Request made and correspondance received

<p>I made a request for a certificate indicating that I was insured and that my vehicle was not in a car accident during the insured period. Included in this request , was a request for a letter I needed filled in from them that verified this. It needed a company stamp as verification and hence I can't fill it in on their behalf..</p> <p> </p> <p>The response I receive is instead is an autogenerated claim certificate that I can't use and they have effectively cost me Euro 900 because of their lack of reading s****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>Severely dissapointed that such a highly thought of company simply can't read requests - obviously too busy making money to care about their past clients.</p>
