Replacement voucher not matching the market value of the claimed washer/dryer machine

I am an unhappy client, received a voucher which cannot even replace my machine. The Consultant Kgomotso Meso is not even responding to my email.

I spoke to Reitumetse Matema today who told me that she has authorized for a top-up voucher according to the value of the machine. That should have taken an hour but no action taken till now. This is disappointing.
