Replacement of damaged cell phone by Discovery

Compliments to Discovery Insure, my first dealing with them. My daughters cell phone was damaged beyond repair. It took 5 days from lodging the claim to having the phone assessed, to Discovery authorising a replacement phone which my daughter gets tomorrow. Thumbs up for a well oiled process and to Kevin Du Plessis the agent who handled the claim.
