Replacement in less then 24 hours!!

I dropped my iPad, Saturday afternoon, and the glass was cracked. Monday morning I reported the loss, and spoke to Toko Junior Morakile from Discovery. I explain to him that I use my iPad on a daily basis due to the fact that I as a legal professional do business on a daily business with international listed companies. He ensure me that I will have a new iPad soon (I must admit that I was very sceptical by the assurance of Mr Morakile). During the course of Monday he phoned me frequently and keep my updated with the process. Tuesday morning he phoned me, by giving me the details, where I can collect my new iPad! I am still flabbergasted by the effective and supportive service which Mr Morakile rendered to have my damaged iPad replaced in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! I would like to congratulate Discovery by employing the best and rendering an excellent service, which is a rarity in South Africa.
