Repairs over 8 months

I am terriblity disappointed in the period on which repairs done to my car.<br> Accident dated back in Oct/Nov 2014 and it took them till Jan 2015 to approve the repair and up to date (6 Aug 2015) my car is not been completed. I have send endless emails and called in but all I hear is my complaint has been evaluated by senior management and I will receive feedback soon. How soon is soon??? Weeks after weeks and now months!!<br> <br> I have never experienced this kind of terrible service!<br> <br> Over 9 months and no one calls me or gave me any feedback.<br>
