Repairs not done adequately

I was involved in a pile up accident in Nov. My car was second on the pile up. It is a foregone conclusion that the car was damaged front and back. Accident was reported and locked with discovery insure. Car was assessed. About 2 weeks later I was involved in another accident. I was bumped on the drivers side, visibly damaging the rear right door. Accident reported and assessed. I was told the assessments were approved n car would be fixed in January 24. Car booked n when I went to collect the car, 2 major repairs were not done. The front when which has noise that emanated from the accident was not attended to. The rear bumper/fender was not fixed at all. I’m told Discovery didn’t approve. How? When I called the consultant to enquire, I was told the damages that were not done were not accident related….. he tells me this arrogantly before he can even hear me out. I tell him how do I get involved in a 4 car pile up n I’m told the rear side where impact was the greatest was not accident related? I have pictures sent during claim process to prove this but I’m told this is not accident related. Also with the noise in the front wheel well apparently is not accident related when I’m bumped on the right. Proximity and logic should dictate that when bumped on the right, there is a probability of damage on the right parts of the car esp moving parts. I’m disappointed with Discovery insure. Now I’m being ignored by the consultant assigned as he was supposed to report n discuss further on Wednesday. After the car was booked for 3 weeks for repairs n came back with 40% repairs, I’m currently driving a car that’s not fixed. I have paid excess x 2 (R13 500) upon release of the car. The consultant tells me to do another claim for the rear side to be fixed. How is that possible if I was involved in 2 accidents? At this rate I’m directly parting for all repairs whereas I have an insurance that’s ripping me off. I’m still furious with this treatment. I asked the consultant to get the assessor to do proper assessment by driving the car n checking my complaints that are dismissed over the phone without any assessment. Ps., car came back with many faults from Carworld Panelbeaters. Central locking system is faulty. Blind spot monitoring not working at all.
