Repaired Our Vehicle

On the 29th of Dec 2014 we were involved in an accident. My husband was not at fault at all. At first it was a battle to get things started due to companies being closed for the festive season. However once we received the approval for the repairs on our vehicle things happened fast and our vehicle was repaired to what it should be. We paid the excess amount ourselves and a month later we were informed by Discovery that they are reimbursing us for that amount we were not even expecting that. For us this has been a good experience it was our first claim with them and not dissapointed at all.
