Repair Nightmare

On April 18 this year my vehicle was involved in an accident where somebody crashed into the rear of my BMW 120i vehicle. I reported the incident online and received a call from Claudia Xaba who told me to take my vehicle to CK Coachworks to have the vehicle assessed by an outsource company Netassess. This person did the assessment in the road and took all of 3 minutes looking at the extent of the damage. A day later I received a mail informing me the value of the repair was R8,400 . I took my vehicle to somebody else who made a bit of an effort (also without stripping) and they identified that the shock absorber in the bumper had popped and the cost for this alone was approximately R5,500. He also noticed that the wire to one of the park distance sensor was damaged but R8,400 would not cover the repairs. I emailed Claudia Xaba but received no reply. I then phoned the call centre and spoke to Renier Du Plessis and he sent the quote I received to Netassess to compare if there might be things that may have been missed. I left it for a few days then emailed him but received no reply I phoned again and spoke to Senkhane Seale he promised to follow up and revert he never did and yesterday I called again and asked to speak to a manager and the lady promised to get someone to call me back nobody called. I also sent a detailed message of all the events of the last month to their email I received an automated response that someone would contact me shortly but nothing. In my mailI have asked if I can take it to BWM approved collision repairer to get another quote no reply The frustration is there is no access to more senior people than those that work in the call centre they cannot make a decision or able to return messages and as a client I sit in limbo unable to move forward and get my vehicle repaired
