Rententions Dept. Shafick Allow

Hi My review is based not on Discovery Insure itself but on their Retentions Department for the help I received from Shafick Allow. I recently wrote a review about Discovery Insure and the frustrations that I had with having cancelled my vehicle cover and they continued to deduct premiums from me.. Not long after 2.5 months of zero assistance, Shafick contacted me. He helped most efficiently, assisted in getting my refunds forwarded for processing etc. What a great guy. I still think Discovery Insure is terrible for customer service and their premiums are ridiculous, they should employ more staff like Shafick that truly have their customers interest at heart and perhaps then they will get their customer service ratings improved. It's also a pity that Discovery Insure is so slow with getting back their customers, after speaking to Shafick, he explain other options to me that could reduce my monthly premium, I would have actually stayed with Discovery. Too late now.
