After receiving my annual car and household increase letter, I opted to negotiate with Discovery for a better premium. The first offer received was not acceptable so I shopped around and did get a better competitor quote. But when I called Discovery to cancel my quote Theo really came through by presenting me with an affordable premium with all the bells and whistles that has retained me as a client! Thanks Theo for the better price to retain me as a customer! One of the better consultants at Discovery!
