Renewal of TWT assessment

Being with discovery insure you have to have an assessment done at Tiger Wheel and Tire every 12 months. Without it you lose out on 150 points a month and only get 20% fuel back instead of 50%. Without that 50% discovery's premiums are not competitive. The problem is they do not send you a reminder after 12 months to redo the assessment. I just accidentally noticed on the dashboard when I logged in to get my policy number. The problem is it was a month late and so now I lose out on R250 this month. How can discovery not send out a reminder email, how with customers remember. When I sent complaint to call centre they simply said they expect the customer to check on the dashboard. How often does discovery think its clients check the dashboard? The purpose of the assessment is to make sure the car is roadworthy which is clearly was for last month so I ask discovery to do what is fair and reprocess my cash back taking the assessment into account. I get so much useless spam from Discovery but they can't send out a simple reminder email which would be useful
