Renew It Edenvale

Two doors of our Company Vehicle were scratched quite deep at a complex gate. We submitted a claim and we had to take the vehicle to Renew It Edenvale. This is where everything went bad. They said 2 weeks to repair. After the 2 Weeks, they said 3 weeks. At week 4 we fetched the vehicle and paid the excess. The next morning we took the vehicle back due to bad workmanship. How did this vehicle go through QC in this state? We have photos of the doors. They wanted to polish out the running paint and we were supposed to get the vehicle in the afternoon. Went to fetch the vehicle and I said the vehicle is still not fixed as I saw a dent. I took the vehicle home. They sent a Paint Specialist the next morning to our home to look at the work done. He confirmed that we had a valid claim. I took the vehicle back to Renew It. They couldn't fix the door and app**** for a new door from Netassess. It took them a week to get approval. They didn't phone them once but only sent one email a day. After I Phoned Netassess the one day at the client's premises and give the phone to the one Manager (Stefanie) and phoned them the next day 3 times, the approval was granted. We are 8 weeks down the line, and the car failed a QC test. This is a company Vehicle and I want to know who is going to pay for our loss of income. I phoned Renew It’s complaint department and spoke to Diane. No, but no follow-up from them. If I want to talk to the people at the office, I have to get in my vehicle and drove to the premises because you won't get them on the phone. Do yourself a favour. Phone and ask to talk to Kyra or Stephanie but don't say you are from Discovery. The phone will ring and just cut off. I want a senior employee of Discovery to take on this case. This is unacceptable, and it put a lot of strain on your employees as well that must sort this out. How can Discovery use a panel beater like them? Go and read the review on Google and their Facebook page. This is giving Discovery a bad name. Please come back to me and sort out this mess you created. My business insurance is paid every month, so I expect a service that I am paying for.Two doors of our Company Vehicle were scratched quite deep at a complex gate.
