Removal of DQ track
I received an email regarding the removal of a DQ track in a vehicle who was traded in 6 months ago. The letter I received was for a Volvo and our car was a Jimny. The letter also stated that I am going to be penalised with R750.00. I was really upset and send an email regarding all the correspondence we send as well as the proof of the DQ track. Nokuzola phone me immediately and apologise and I am very thankful for the prompt service.
