Removal from Credit bureau
Hi My name is Ayanda in Port Elizabeth. In 2014 I join discovery car insurance and a month late I cancel the insurance due to personal reason, now when I see my credit report it say I owe discovery insure R999.. I dont know how I owe them R999 when I cancel the insure and It was not a credit.Can they please remove me from credit bureau..Thank you for your help

It is true that when taking financial products the payment profiles are recorded by the bureaus (be it a successful or unsuccessful payment). The truth is that the flagging on your name may be removed on your request to the credit bureau.
The bureau in question when contacted, will be able to advise further.
