I had an incident with my vehicle on the 08/06/2018, my vehicle was then towed to Black Diamond i was not at all happy with the service and delays experienced and then had her moved to Durban Central Panel beaters for the repairs with the excellent help from Musarath P Kruger Motor Repair Quality Assessor at Discovery, Durban from day one of the assessment of my vehicle, to being updated on the repairs, the escalation on all matters, a response was always given to me timelously, she was an angel through all the repairs and i indeed was a happy client on Friday when i could finally pick up my vehicle, as well as meet the face behind the over and beyond remarkable service given by Musarath, she isnpected the vehicle with me and made sure i was happy with all the work done.

she truly is an asset to Discovery as well as to us in the Durban branch.
