Rejecting a claim

Good Day HelloPeter<br> I had an accident with my car on the 24/06/15. I have an insurance with Discovery and of which on taking the insurance I told them that I have extras on my VW Polo TSI Comfortlne car (sunroof, armrest and cruise control). The assessment report cameback which said my car is written off. Discovery gave me a retail value of R195 400 which I disputed because my car had extras and they said I didn't mention I had extras. I requested that they get an audio of the call I had with their consultant on taking the insurance, which they did and found that I did mention and it was an error of capturing on their side.<br> <br> its been 2 weeks now with them giving me a run around. they asked me to give the an HP agreement with the breakdown showing what I had on my car and I gave them but its not showing any breakdown because when I bought it, it was a demo. I gave them all that I could but they are saying they are not going to pay which leaves me with a shortfall of R20 000. <br> <br> I asked them to look at the assessment report which they sent me, which is showing that a VW factory fitted sunroof was there and they are still saying no to my query. Please help me
