Rejected ****** Vehicle Claim by Discovery Insure

Discovery rejected my claim number *** after my vehicle got ****** and could not be recovered by Cartrack. The reason they are giving me is some clause they are quoting from a document that I never signed. At a certain point in time I tried to reach out to Discovery (Sanjeev Jadoonandam, Shanti Gouws & Salona Subramoney) in attempts to ensure that I am fully covered for all situations, I have emails as proof, but I did not get any meaningful help from Discovery. Discovery expects me to pay 5 years for a car that I do not have.
