Rejected Car Insurance
<p>I took out comprehensive car insurance in the beging of November only to cancel it a week later due to the car that bought been faulty. I have since requested a new car and updated insurance only to be told that im not elligable for insurance based on the fact that im a risk due to canceling my insurance in the short sapce of time. I was also told that im a risk... ***</p> <p> </p>

Whilst we can appreciate your dismay, the right to offer premium, term and condition to take on that the risk proposed or not to accept to carry the risk, remains that of an insurer. We believe the true reasons for the unacceptance of your risk was discussed, which we will not reiterate on this platform. As Discovery has accepted to acknowledge that they where wrong i their dissicion and have since offerd me comprehensive car insurance. Amamzing how imcopotent you can be sitting behind a computer replyling to customers that keep you in your job.
I have still not heard back from your supervisor and dont expect to as the buck stops with you...pathetic service to say the least
