Regarding my claim

Discovery insure responded that they will respond to me privately regarding my complained Guess what they never did and there is no response from them. That's how bad they treat their customers 😒. They just responded to my review to make this dissappear I will not stop until they do right by me. My insurance with them its R0excess so when did it change and with whom did they agree with. I ddnt sign up for excess insurance I've signed for R0 excess hence the high premium. I'm still waiting for my response from them. They don't even respond to my emails send to them.
