Refuse to process my claims

I was involve in Car accident and i did claim under third Party. So they did assign my matter to Rozzanah Singh.And want me to send her all the details which i did. And all document she required i did send her. And she said to me i must contact her after 10 days which it was on the 9 July and after that i did so on the 23 and she said why do i have to be hurry. I must contact her on Friday the 26 July which i did today. And now she's becoming Rude and telling me to wait or else she will.delay my claims. Now i dont have a Car to go to work and im struggling i might loose my job . Because we use Cars at work.My Claim Number at Discovery is *** . Please help me Hellopeter
