Refusal To Pay VitalityDrive Fuel Rewards

I have been insured with Discovery Insure since January 2020. Besides my normal windscreen claims I only had power surge claims on my contents in 2020. *Life happens and therefor we have insurance cover* And may I say it was no breeze dealing with Discovery claims department. Due to that they increased my premium with 30%. I had no other choice but to move my insurance to another insurance company with effect 01 March 2022. Because of my cancellation they now refuse to pay my VitalityDrive fuel rewards for February 2022. (I even received a email of the payout with the calculations). I have paid the monthly premium and the premium on VitalityDrive for February. Everybody should read carefully what documents they sign with Discovery – always a ‘but/maybe’ somewhere. They take your premium with a smile every month but looks for excuses not to pay. I would most certainly not refer them to anyone.
