Refusal To pay for Damages

I had an accident at the end of May at a controlled intersection- Beyers Naude and Thomas Bowler in Roosevelt. The road is a single lane but when you come to the robot it has a split for 2 car as the robot has a turning arrow to the left and the right section has section for a car to turn right or left onto Beyers Naude. I was standing in the controlled intersection on the right side to turn left and the other vehicle was standing on the left fo me to turn right. When the Robot turned green I pulled off and he as well and he knocked me on my left front fender. His insurance refuse to pay for my car because I am not insured. I forwarded the accident pics and requested a copy of his accident report because according to the insurance scenario I was behind him and came around and drove into him. I advised them if I drove into him the front of my car would have been damage. The broker as well commented when I sent the scenario pictures and how the accident happened and the scene she commented that it could the same could be said of their client. Then she blocked me from her email there after when I tried to communicate with her again. Then today they send me a demand of payment for their client and if I do not respond with in 7 day they will take legal action. I refuse "without prejudice" to pay as I was not in the wrong. Their client was in the wrong. JMD is always stationed at that Intersection and they direct the cars in right sector to turn right or left and left sector to turn left. If you had a section where I am able to upload picture I will forward you picture and video of the car travelling on this road. I have been traveling this road for the pass 10 years as my kid attend Roosevelt High and have never ever came across a car tuning right from the left side.
