Refusal to pay

I was involved in an accident and my car written off, I got car hire (which is up to 30 days) and I received my pay out and my wesbank should have been settled however this has not happened. Upon discovering this I kept the car hire for 6 extra after my pay out was done siting that my wesbank account is still unsettled and now discovery has paid avis for 23 days and making me liable for the extra 6 days. To this day my wesbank is still not settled I cannot purchase a car and my credit rating is being affected negatively. Discovery Insure needs to not make sure my wesbank account is settled ASAP they will have reimburse me deposit because my settlement has been done in full
