refusal to fix

Discovery Insure refused to fix my roof on there excuse that they call poor workmanship in a house that the roof lasted since I moved in in 2010 and told me I did not do maintenance on it but I did fix it when I was leaking and my previous insurance never complained about the ceilings to replace it. I would like to know where where they when I did the insurance aplication to tell me we're do we cover an where not but they took my money and also a mistake was made by them on my address now I have to pay more.for the correction of.the address monthly it is redicules
