Refunds

Good day I'm utterly disappointed in discovery insurance ,I have called 10 times in regard of my refund ,either they don't pick up the phone or keep on telling you that they have sent your information through to the fiance department I have been struggling to get my refund back now for over a month ,They are very quick to take your money but very slow to give it back .
