Refund still not paid

I cancelled my policy on the 13th of April 2022, I received an e-mail confirmation and the promise of a R2331.27 refund. On the 29th of April I did a follow up only to hear that the person who cancelled the policy never processed the refund. I then received a confirmation letter on the 29th confirming the refund would be paid to me within 5-7 days. Still no refund has been paid. I once again did a follow up yesterday. I requested a proof of payment which was promised to me yesterday as the refund was to be escalated. Once again this did not happen! My next action will be involving the ombudsman and my attorney if I do not receive my refund today. Discovery, the ball is in your hands now, start performing instead of procrastinating.
