refund request

Reference number – *** logged on the 15 June 2020….refund amount is 3400 odd (a lot of money)

I am so glad that you guys cancelled my policy, I could never come around and make that decision …..but I am at peace.

Can someone please investigate and refund me with immediate effect …….you cancelled my policy dated 25.05.2020 and debited my account on the 27.05.2020, momentum also debited me on that day (my new brokers) …….you now need to refund me, dealing with your call center staff is why I thank you for cancelling my policy…..i am at peace.

I need someone from finance and a manger to call me before COB today, failure to act I will go to hello peter and let the public know what you guys are all about.
