Refund

Discovery insure agent called me during lockdown regarding a car insurance and it sounded like a good deal but after two weeks I changed my mind and decided to cancel the car insurance but still the debit order and money for the device went off from my account. I've called the four times about refunding me but no luck. I'm disappointed
