Refund

From the 19th August 2020, I was promised a refund for the amount I paid for the night for temporary residence I had to spend the night at. The insurance delgated service providee dropped us at the venue, then the insurance employee nicely checked if we arrived safe. Everything was promising then they promised to send the details to email the prove of payment. That was the end of the promising service offered. Had to do follow up myself, to ensure they get the documentation. I am still waiting.
