I have not received my refund for a request that was done on the 21st May 2020 worst service ever, no one comes back with feedback even the so called managers

I stressed the fact that I have commitments to meet as at beginning June which have now not been met because of you. I now have to work outside of home as I no longer have internet in the house because of you which increases the chance for me to contract Covid 19
