Reduced insurance premium
I called to enquire about the smartphone-enabled DQ-Track. Service was professional and friendly from Ziyaad, and I ordered the device. Additionally, on the premise that I've had a claims-free Discovery Insure plan for some time, he undertook to have the Pricing Department relook at the premium I pay and he committed to responding to me within two days with a new, lower quote. Thanks for the continued excellence, Discovery Insure.
