Recovery Claim is a ****!!!

Totally unacceptable service from Discovery on my recovery claim!

Discovery basically told me that they will not carry out this recovery claim because there is nothing in contention for them.

Basically, I have to bear cost of excess because of their inability to take up a taxi owner, on the note that I didn't provide correct driver details. If you are able to locate the taxi owner based on details I provided, what do you need the driver for?

What was the point of making a police report if you will not use it evidence against the liable party.

I didn't know I was insured by a company with toothless lawyers that will let a liable party go scot free at the expense of their customer.

Once this is over I am terminating my policy.
