I submitted a claim with Keneilwe on saturday the 21st of February after my wife had an accident the previous day. I was really impressed when I received a settlement breakdown on Friday afternoon. I must say I am really impressed with the service I have received from her, especially the way she interacted with me when she was recording the claim. I am sure that other insurance companies have a lot to learn from Discovery.
