Mr. A****aker Williams has been prompt, responsive, and informative in assisting me with a motor vehicle repair claim. In less than 48 hours from the incident, I have had all my options clearly laid out for me, had my car assessed, and been booked into a repair centre. So far I am totally happy. Should this level of service continue as I wait to get my excess back from the third party who caused the incident, and as I wait for the repairs to my vehicle, I will not be able to fault any aspect of Mr. William's service or his conduct as a representative of Discovery Insure.
