Reasonable accomodation

I hereby would like to share my experience with Discovery. My claim had already been settled, and I still needed a courtesy vehicle for a couple more days while trying to find another vehicle. I made a request for some reasonable accommodation, and I was very pleased in the manner that my request was handled, they extended my car hire.
