Really unhappy!

Over the past 3 or 4 years we have filled in every form, talked to every operator and are still tearing our hair out. Discovery Insure is too big and cares very little for it's customers. All I need to do is change my contact details and this appears to be impossible and despite being a customer for over 10 years. My worst as there is no way to escalate anything. Time for a change.
