Really not great service

My husband's car has been damaged by hail. First we try to upload the claim but the system wont allow us to submit. Then our broker submits and we start getting calls from a Cape Town number - giving us a date and time to see the assessor. NOT ASKING AT ALL WHEN WILL SUITE HIM. My husband works and this needs to be taken into consideration!! He missed a call from this Cape Town company tried calling back and it just says they are closed.

Calling Discovery and they keep transferring me from one person to another. All we want is for the damage to be assessed so the claim can move forward!!!
