Really bad service

I'm really disappointed with the service l'm getting from Discovery Insure. The level of incompetence from the claims consultant Mandy Sesoko is really shocking she never provides me with feedback. My driver was involved in an accident on the 12th November 2020 and to date I have not received the pay out as a result my business is really struggling. When I check the policy schedule that I received from Discovery Insure it states that the vehicle is insured for so much, now my Vehicle is written off I'm told my cover is now very less and that the will be deduction for damages and I don't know what damages their referring to because my vehicle had no damages. What really annoys me is that everytime I have to call Discovery Insure for feedback. I sent Mandy and Deborah an email 5 days ago asking about the deduction and I cced my broker Johannes for clarity regarding the damages and no one bothered to reply back to me () P/n ***
