Really bad handling of car claim

<p>We had very good service from Discovery Insure on the day our car was ****** and recovered, but since then the service has been appauling. We almost never get through to the agent dealing with our claim, she never answers our emails and never returns pleas to phone us back. The end result is the car was picked up from the pound days after it was available and worst of all, we found out the car is going to be written off because the damage exceed 70% of the car's value. Upon enquiry, we found out the repair quote includes parts of the car which is in our possesion, like the spare wheel, something we repeatedly notified the said agent at Discovery Insure about. We even escalated to the said agent's supervisor, but even the supervisor does not return our calls or emails.</p>
