I have had a few disappointing experiences with Discovery in the last few weeks and my recent interaction with Discovery is only redeemed thanks to the agent, Reabetswe Mabidikana. She was calm when I was not; she was patient when I was not and she maintained a friendly professionalism throughout the claims handling process. I imagine that working as a claims agent is at the best of times, a difficult job. Thank you Rea for the frequent updates and handling my claim with the calm professionalism it needed.
