Re-instatement of my policy

Shafick assisted me in the most efficient and professional manner to get my insurance policy re-instated after a problem with the debit order payment and subsequent lapse of my policy. I still need full confirmation from Discovery as to why it was allowed to lapse without any communication to me in any shape or form. I was only notified this morning (5 days into my new policy) that it was auto cancelled which has put be under tremendous risk with no insurance in place…
