Re : accident of vehicle

I was in a accident on the 16 January 2023. I call discover insure and they assist me well. They give my vehicle to Tekton Auto body works for repair. On Friday 17 February they said the vehicle is finish but don't want to start. On Monday 20February they phone me and ask about the engine and if somebody was working on it i said yes but also told them that the time i was involve in the accident my car was driving and in a running condition but up until now I haven't hear from them. Can you please assist.
