Re accident

My car was in an accident in early january this year. Discovery insure is my insurance they arrange that the must go to their yard where they was doing an assessment regading the accident. Thw damage was repair but the car dont wanted to start. The panelbeater which is Tekton Auto body said they waited for discovery to advice on further instructions regarding my vehicle. I had to phone everyday to find out the status of the claim. My concern is that last year june my mechanic was working on my engine but it was driving since than. I was driving to the northern cape twice. My vehicle was driving up until i was in the accident. I dont know what to do because from discovery insure side comes nothing. I must phone them everyday without any advice. All that i ask is what am I supposed to do now
