Rather go With Outsurance

I have a pending 3rd party claim with discovery that has been dragging out since the beginning of the year.

Nonhlanlha who is my consultant, quite simply ignores me emails (about 8 of them) and does not return my calls.

Vekash, who Nonhlanhla reports to also just ignores my emails.

I have now been begging for feedback for 3 weeks, nothing serious... just feedback. But clearly Vekash leads by example and therefore his consultants who report to him, offer the level of service they do.

I have in my life, never seen service as poor as this.

I had a 3rd party claim against my insurer last year and it was settled on my behalf within 48 hours by OutSurance.

With Discovery Insure you lucky if you EVER even get a reply to your email, never mind within 48 hours.

If I ever was to look at alternative insurance quotes, the level of service from Discovery Insure has proven it will not be from them.

Thank goodness I am not insured with such a disappointing insurer.
