R5500 excees added without my consent

I love Discovery Insure but their consultant did me dirty. Was on zero excess. The consultant amended my plan and added R5500 excess on accident claim, R1000 on windscreen. No consultations regarding my desired excess. Never consented on the amount. Only discovered when I viewed my plan. Failing to understand how the consultant concluded I'm comfortable with such amount of aforementioned amount.

The consultant wasn't transparent and took a decision for me regarding excess. I wasn't offered an opportunity to decide for myself.

Not happy at all.

Still awaiting your assistance, till the 10th of July when you responded to my review.

June 2024, around the 25th I called your call centre regarding my problem. I was told they will get back to me.
No communication. What should I do to get help?
