R3'426.21 of Incorrect Debit Orders for different policies taken from my account.

Hi Over the past 2 months, there have been several incorrect debit orders going off my account belonging to different policyholders.... last month a total of R1'863.04 was incorrectly debited from my account belonging to the policy ********** 654 (NOT MINE) This month a total of R1'563.17 has been incorrectly debited, in which R781.60 belonging to policy ********** 007 and now another R781.57 belonging to policy ********** 390... Over the past 2 months, there have been 4 incorrect debit orders to the total of R3'426.21 belonging to 3 different policyholders.... Clearly, some idiot at Discovery is copying and pasting my banking details to every second new policy that's being opened! Please rectify NOW!
