R3000p/m Only Robots want no humans allowed!!!

I have cancelled my policy 24th April and don't even hear a word from them besides for the automated email 29th April referring my cancellation to the retention's department. <br> <br> I've been insured for about 2 years now, no claims. I was warned by a friend but who listens!!<br> My policy is just over R3000p/m so not a small amount. <br> <br> I claim for a small accident with my car about R10000 2nd April and the fun starts......<br> I email them 7th April as I haven't heard a thing from them. I hchase them and eventually calling, emailing I get to I can take my car for assessment - 14th April I take car to drive in center for assessment<br> I get phone calls on 15th and 16th asking when can I bring my car in for assessment even though it was done on the 14th. <br> 21st April still nothing so I email them and get a reply, we are finalising the claim and then \we want proof of previous insurance"(which I do have but fu... them I've had enough) <br> My claim is approved but the repairers can only do it 19th May!!! <br> I get a \""Please rate your claims process\"" email 22nd April"
