Quotation *****

I recently bought a different car and contacted Discovery Insurance. I received quote for monthly instalment over the telephone and accepted it. I asked the person assisting me if there is anything i need to sign and he said the telephone call serves as agreement.

BUT after the call i never received an email confirming the contract and monthly instalment. Then when i phoned Discovery Insure i was told a much higher premium that i agreed to over the phone.

So although i agreed to a specific premium over the phone, Discovery Insure contract premium is much higher. This seems like Discovery lies to customers when quotations are given.

I phoned and complained. I was told on two separate calls that a manager will phone me back, but this has not happened...

I also send an email to try and resolve the issue but did not receive any response.
