Quickly handled everything, was a great help

Was called immediately after my accident, I am very happy to have installed the DQ tracker with impact alert. Joelene Scholtz was great with assisting me throughout the process and ensuring everything amongst the chaos was organised and taken care of. There were a few details missing from the statement I initially gave that didn't make their way thought to the claims department, this seems like something that would be rather important, which is why I am giving 4 stars but the service other than that was impecible.
