Quick to take Money.

I haven't had an issue with my insurance. However their billing department and customer care line has mean non-existent.

I would recommend Discovery Insure in a heartbeat. Just ensure that you never ever have to deal with the billing department EVER!

During January February and March I accidentally double paid my insurance premiums. Ever since I have been struggling to get a refund for those payments. The enquiry, proof of payments and request has been escalated several times over the last couple of months to no avail.

The level of communication and assistance is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to say the least!
